Kling AI Community Guidelines
I. General Provisions
Kling AI (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) is committed to providing high-quality AI-powered visual creation services that inspire creativity and imagination. To help ensure user safety and a positive community experience, the Platform has established these Kling AI Community Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the “Guidelines”).
These Guidelines apply to all users and all content on the Kling AI website (kling.ai), related applications, mini programs, and any other products or services provided by the Platform. They serve as the code of conduct for using the Platform's services. When using the Platform, users must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their country or region, as well as the Platform's Terms of Service.
The Platform identifies and addresses content through a combination of technical review and human moderation, and also accepts and processes user reports. Violations of these Guidelines may result in actions including, but not limited to, restrictions on content generation, content removal or blocking, limitations on account features, temporary suspension of account interaction privileges, or account suspension or termination. Where a violation constitutes illegal or criminal conduct, the Platform will actively cooperate with the relevant competent authorities.
We hope to work together with all users to build a safe, healthy, and positive platform community.
