Credits Policy
1. What are "Credits"? "Credits" are a virtual currency designed to meet the needs of users who want to access more KLlNG AI services. "Credits" can be used to redeem access to specific features or value-added services within the KLlNG AI platform. "Credits" can only be obtained and used by logged-in users within the KLlNG AI platform. For the avoidance of doubt, the Credits service is a network technology and related service provided by the platform to users. The Credits service is not an online payment service, and Credits are not tokens, virtual currencies, or prepaid vouchers. They do not have monetary value or prepaid value. 2. What are the categories, validity periods, and methods of acquiring and consuming "Credits"?

Note: Due to modification of product strategy, the validity period and applicable rules of Credits may be changed. The relevant rules will take effect from the date of publication. The usage rights for paid services that users have already paid for before the adjustments take effect will not be affected. 3. What's the pricing standard for purchasing "Credits"? Standard Pricing: $1 USD = 66 Credits Discounted Pricing: We may occasionally launch promotional activities with purchase discounts. The discounted prices will be subject to the relevant product interface and the published activity rules. We may also update and optimize the Credits Policy of services, features, pricing plans, and user benefits. The actual amount of Credits you receive will be based on the relevant promotion pages and payment pages. 4. What is the Usage Order of "Credits"? The usage order is based on the "Credits Validity Period". Credits with a shorter validity period will be used first 5. What can "Credits" be used for and how are they used? Currently, after users purchase Credits, they can use AI creation through the consumption of "Credits" on the Kling AI platform and our partner's platforms. For more information, please refer to the related interfaces. 6. What is the relation between Credits and Membership? Credits can only be used for access specific features and services on the Kling AI platform and partner's platforms. Credits cannot be exchanged for value-added services such as services for Membership. Credits cannot be transferred or gifted between different Users, between different accounts controlled by the same User, or between different spaces owned by the same User (e.g., personal, team, or enterprise spaces). Refunds or reverse exchanges for cash withdrawals are not supported. For Team Memberships, the Team Owner and Administrators may manage Credits within the Team Space, including recharging and allocating Credits. Credits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If you are an enterprise, organization, or other legal entity and have activated enterprise platform services (an “Enterprise User”), Enterprise Administrators and Project Administrators may allocate and transfer assets among members within the same project in accordance with applicable platform rules. 7. How to check the "Credits" balance and usage details You can check the details on the: Sidebar on the left, then click on the number indicating remaining Credits; or by clicking on the [ top left menu] - [Contact Us] in Kling AI APP 8. Why cannot I use some features even though I have "Credits"? Currently, "Credits" only support the use of specific functions. Other functions such as Fast-track generation, 1080p videos, Watermark removal, Master shot & video extension, Image upscaling are premium-only functions. For the specific functions, please refer to the actual page for details. 9. Can I use the "Credits" when my Membership subscription expires? Credits acquired through promotional activities and through purchase are unaffected by your Membership subscription status. Membership's subscription credits are valid for 1 month from the date of distribution.
