Submission Rules

• Genre: No restrictions; submissions may include short dramas, mini-series, animations, experimental works, and more. Language: The submission itself must be in English. For the project, all languages are welcome, but an English-dubbed version is required.
• Tool: At least 50% of the final work must be AI-generated, with a significant portion created using Kling AI.
• Production stage: Projects in pre-production or active production are welcome. Projects that have already been distributed will not be considered.
• Timeline: Funded projects should be completed within 6 months after being accepted into the initiative.
• Submission: Each project may be submitted for consideration only once. If declined, resubmission requires approval from the initiative committee.
• Rights: Projects must be original to ensure full IP ownership, or have secured all necessary rights to ensure there is no risk of intellectual property infringement.
